Application data

We process the contact, household, business, financial and document information you submit solely to handle your application for the selected property. Access is restricted by role.

AI-assisted review

AI may summarize completeness, consistency and property-related financial information. It does not make a final decision. Protected or sensitive characteristics, and traits inferred from image, voice or emotion, must not be used for a housing decision.

Communication and logs

Emails are associated with the application as a conversation. Security and access events may be logged using shortened or hashed technical identifiers.

Website and link analytics

To measure reach, we record page and short-link visits and the acquisition source (for example website, email, Instagram, ImmoScout or Immowelt) in our own systems. We use a first-party cookie for up to one year so that the source can still be associated with an application on a later visit. For short links, the time, destination association, referrer, browser identifier and a hashed-only IP identifier may also be stored. This data is not shared with external advertising networks.
